Economic analysis of central heating based on operating data of office buildings in Shanghai

By means of survey and field measurement nine office buildings in Shanghai, obtains the heating energy consumption data in winter. Compared with central heating charge in the North, the heating charge of using air-source heat pump, gas boiler and oil boiler are 0.21, 0.21 and 0.24 yuan/(m²·d) respectively for the buildings in Shanghai while the central heating charge is 0.268 yuan/(m²·d) in winter in the north of China (excluding the cost of energy transport consumption). If calculated by charging standard of basic charge plus metering charge, the heating charge is about 20 yuan/m² in the North, which is equal to the heating charge for current heating pattern in Shanghai.
